After the loss of my father in 2010 and coping in all the wrong ways for a year I decided it was time to change my course.

The night before I sat at my favorite bar in NYC and ordered a drink, I turned to my friend and said "this is the last drink I will ever have" so when the next morning came, I knew a plan of action had to come with it.
Knowing how I am built I decided I needed to become the healthiest version of myself and focus my energies on the good that can come out of that.
I adopted the paleo style diet, shed 60 pounds, and discovered the healing potential of food and a deep connection to nature.
However I constantly felt a void in my daily food intake, craving the familiar comforts that food can provide, I never truly felt satisfied.
My entrepreneurial spirit lead me to Maui’s North Shore. Daily physical & mental endurance tests were my reality and demanded a need to sustain energy longer in between meals. One morning out of desperation I tried something crazy that would change everything.What started as throwing leftover purple sweet potatoes from the previous nights dinner in my morning smoothie, I began to ask myself what else can I do with this magical vegetable... Purposeful passion took hold.
Years of trial and error, and try again I have found the perfect balanced base that has allowed me to not only create the categories we are launching with, but it has satisfied the void of comforting satisfaction I had previously felt with clean eating.
This is only the beginning. Join me on the journey, and I promise it will taste as good as it feels…
