The Blueberry Mango Crunch Bowl

The Recipe

A little taste of the tropics! Growing up I had a minor allergy to mangos but never wanted to accept that I had to give up this tasty fruit. One day I decided that I wasn’t willing to give up eating mangos anymore & that I was going to beat this allergy and get through it (don’t try this at home). I ate as many mangos as I could for 2 weeks and still was reacting. Then one morning I woke up, ate a mango & had no allergic reaction at all. Which inspired me to create this deliciously nutritious `Uala bowl with this tropical star on top!

  • 1 strawberry `Uala power cup
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of diced mango
  • 1/2 cup of granola of choice
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
